Bob Merski Fails to Hide Evidence of His Underage Boy Obsession

Not long after it was discovered that State Representative Robert E. Merski (PA-2) hid a decades-long obsession with young boys and penis enlargement, he made a failed attempt to cover his tracks.

Soon after Bob Merski discovered his child grooming behavior was made public, he asked an Administrator “AndyJ” at Thunders.Place to edit his post from 23 years ago to make it look like he wasn’t the one who wrote it.

AndyJ is also a frequent user of the Matters of Size website, where Bob is the administrator.

We showed how decades of posts from Bob proves that he is the user “higherone” on multiple penis enlargement websites, and one piece of evidence is a post he wrote in 2003 that describes the exact same ages as himself, his father, the former Erie County Sheriff Bob Merski Sr., and his younger brother Greg Merski.

In the 2003 post, Bob wrote that “My dad is 51 and my brother is 22. I am 28” which was true at the time:

A couple of weeks after we published our whistleblower website, Bob Merski asked “AndyJ” to edit his 23-year old post to change the ages so that it said “My dad is 55 and my brother is 24. I am 30”:

What Bob Merski failed to realize is that the web forum shows the edits, complete with a date and timestamp: 5-22-2025 at 09:00 AM.

So Bob made the original post in 2003, then weeks after we expose his accounts he has someone edit the 23-year old post to try and cover his tracks.

Even though this was such a dumb move on his part, almost laughable, we must not forget that Bob Merski has spent decades obsessing over penis enlargement for underage boys, and has a history of contacting students to solicit them into sending pictures of their penises and to join his club.

The question still remains: is his son safe from Bob’s abusive behavior and sick obsession? Does his wife, Emily Mosco Merski condone her husband’s desire to groom young boys?

Bob Merski Asks For Advice On Teaching His Son About Penis Enlargement

On February 4, 2021, in an online penis enlargement discussion titled “What age should you start your son on PE and how should you go about it?” Bob Merski wrote “Anyone go through it and let their son in on PE?” Merski was 45 years old at the time and his son was around 6 years old.

As part of his twisted and unethical compulsion, Bob had a regular habit of returning to these online forum posts years afterward hoping to spark new energy into the sick conversation. The sad thing is, Merski asked this question in a forum thread that originated on July 26, 2014, when his wife was pregnant with their son.

At the time of that original 2014 post, Bob Merski “Liked” a post from another user who said “Some fathers have their sons playing tackle football at 7 years old. So lets say that at birth you realize your son may need PE. What age should you start your son on PE and when should you go about it?”

There is clear evidence of State Rep. Robert E. Merski obsessing over this topic of child-adult penis enlargement for more than 23 years, even when he was a high school teacher. It seems his interest only grew after the birth of his son.

At 11:06 am on January 17, 2011 Bob Merski wrote “If it [penis enlargement] is being told to your child through your own insecurity then it is wrong to push it on them. I don’t think it should be forced. As long as the general knowledge is there with the benefits he’ll make his own decision. If they don’t want to do it, fine. I just feel that exposing them to the knowledge that it exists, their old man does it, and it works is a good thing. My dad got me into lifting at 13 and I’ve been doing it since (though sometimes inconsistently). He didn’t tell me I was scrawny and needed to lift. Bob Merski Busted At Age 28 Doing Penis Enlargement Exercises At His Parent’s Home

In 2003, while living in his parent’s home, 28-year old teacher Bob Merski was busted by his then 22-year old younger brother, Greg Merski, for conducting penis enlargement stretching exercises.

Bob, who is now a PA State State Representative, has been an active leader in local and online penis enlargement groups such as “The Matters of Size Brotherhood Lounge” Facebook group where he posted under his real name, and under the MattersOfSize.com and ThundersPlace.org web forums under the username “higherone.” Bob also gave a 2007 testimonial under this username, but also gave the fictitious name “Gary,” which happens to be his father’s middle name.

In most of State Rep. Merski’s online posts, dating from 2003 to 2025, Bob obsessed over his dream of father-son penis enlargement, and frequently advocated that it was appropriate for 12 and 13 year old boys, or “based on maturity.”

At 4:01 pm on May 1, 2010, Bob explained in a post why he eventually told his father, former Erie County Sheriff Robert G. Merski, about how he was doing penis exercises, that “at the time I was living at home. That was part of the reason I did it. The other part was I was excited that I made gains and though if you can’t trust your family then who can you trust?”

At 10:25 am on May 2, 2010, Bob further reflected in that same thread “I was close to getting busted so many times.”

In a 2007 testimonial, Bob Merski further detailed the events in 2003, explaining that his brother, Greg Merski, caught him performing penis exercises, and that he had no choice but to “spill the beans” to his brother and father—and it just happened that there was an article on penis enlargement in that month’s Musclemag magazine. Bob went on to say he was “…no longer ashamed anymore. To me, performing penis exercises is like working out for your body, only for your dick. I feel good when I lift weights and run, and I feel good when I exercise my penis. It’s not so much about getting bigger anymore for me. I feel like I’m big now. It’s about improving myself in every way that I can—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Penis exercising is just one little facet on my road of self improvement.”

In his posts, Bob admits he and his father didn’t have a “close” relationship, and often expressed what a big deal it was to him that his dad divorced his mom and went on to marry a woman who was 10-years younger. Bob figured his dad could benefit from penis enlargement exercises because of the age difference, but his father wanted nothing to do with it.

Bob is now married to local attorney, Emily Mosco Merski, and they now have a son who is just over 10-years old. Bob has been under investigation by law enforcement agencies since January, 2025, for his conduct involving an underage boy he met at a local event.

Bob Merski wrote the following posts on the online penis enlargement (PE) forum “ThundersPlace.org”:

At 12:36 pm on January 16, 2011, Bob Merski wrote “WestLA, your son doesn’t come to you expressing any issue with puberty either, but you talk to you son about that. Why? Because you want your son to know the facts. In the 70’s, dads gave the “the birds and bees talk”. In the 80’s and 90’s, dads added safe sex and condoms to the talk. State Rep. Bob Merski’s Dark Secret Revealed Online
Robert “Bob” Merski, a Pennsylvania State Representative from Erie, has been posting in online forums about penis enlargement and young boys for more than 20 years. He used different names, including “higherone,” “Gary,” and sometimes even his real name.

The whistleblower website BobMerski.org shows that these accounts can be tied to Bob Merski because the details written in the posts match his real life, complete with screenshots of his online activity.

Location: On the MattersOfSize.com forum (the site associated with the Facebook Group where Bob uses his real name), the user “higherone” said he was from Erie, PA. Bob is from Erie. In other forums, such as PEGym and ThundersPlace, the user also said he was from Pennsylvania or Western Pennsylvania.

Job: The user said he was a teacher in western PA. Bob was a teacher in Erie and Corry schools, and at Cathedral Prep.

Education: The user said he went to an all-boys Catholic high school. Bob graduated from Cathedral Prep, which is an all-boys Catholic school. The user also said he was in graduate school in the early 2000s, which coincides with the same years Bob Merski was attending grad school. In a September 8, 2012 post on PEGym, the user created a thread asking what university others attended, and said he attended Gannon. At the time, Bob was in fact attending grad school at Gannon (but did not graduate).

Family:

The user wrote a testimonial under the fictional alias “Gary” with the online username “higherone,” and in other posts said his father was a hunter and a cop. Bob’s father is Robert Gary Merski, who was county sheriff in Erie. Bob’s use of his father’s middle name as an alias points to his disturbing infatuation with father-son penile bonding.

The user talked about having a stepmother 10 years younger than his dad. Bob’s stepmother Carrie is about 10 years younger than his father.

In 2003, the user said he was 28 years old with a 51-year-old father and a 22-year-old brother. Those ages matched Bob (who was 28 at the time), his brother Greg (who was 22 at the time), and his father Robert G. Merski (who was 51 at the time.

In a Sept 20, 2009 thread the user started on PEGym, titled “Sex in your parents house,” the user stated he was “the oldest,” which is true of Bob Merski.

Fatherhood: In the penis enlargement Facebook Group, Bob’s account started talking about having a son around 2015. That matches around the time (2014-2015) when Bob’s real-life son was born. In older posts he speaks about “sons” figuratively as he tries to sell others on his father-son penile bonding obsession. In one post, the user mentions how he isn’t close with his father, which is true of Bob and his dad, that is why you don’t see his father with him at most of his community or campaign events.

Community activity: Bob used his real name and real Facebook account in a private Facebook group tied to the same penis-enlargement websites where he posted under the username “higherone.” In the Facebook group, other local men make a January 2025 comment saying that Bob Merski has been part of the group “since the beginning” which is further evident by Bob’s posts going back more than a decade under his real name. Bob was a leader in the local Facebook Group, and the associated online forum since at least 2010.

The Name? The username Bob Merski chose, “higherone,” could possibly be derived from the company HigherOne which provided financial services to college students at the time Merski attended graduate school, though it could just represent Bob’s faith, or a penis enlargement term, or rooted in his desire to be in a position of authority.

Personal Details:

On the PhalloBoards.info penis enlargement forum, the user “higherone75” was active there. Bob Merski was born in 1975. The user was created on April 16, 2025 which is right before Bob stopped posting in the Matters Of Size groups (our whistleblower site began in May).

Under all usernames on all platforms, Bob notes the original size of his penis, to the size he claims he has gained from manual stretching exercises over the years starting at Bone Pressed Length of 5″ long x 4.45″ girth (where a ruler is pressed against the pubic bone) and Bone Pressed Erect Length at 7.25″ long x 5.25″ girth. On another platform in 2010, TheBioHacker.com (formerly PEGym where his testimonial was posted), a user says that he sold “higherone” a penis pump, and another user thanked higherone for telling him to “stay dedicated and consistent” which demonstrates Bob Merski may have been active on even more online platforms.

Relationships: On April 1, 2010, the user created a thread in PEGym writing:

“My buddy broke up with his girlfriend a couple of months ago after dating for 2 years and being on and off for another half of a year. My buddy and I used to be real tight, but the past couple of years I probably have seen him six or seven times. He still calls me his best friend though, which brings me to my dilemma. I Facebooked his ex girlfriend just to see what she’s up to and how she’s doing last week. We’ve been texting ever since, and went out on a date Tuesday and went running together yesterday. She’s an amazing girl. Great job, intelligent, sexy, and a heart of gold. I think she’s interested (she wouldn’t have gone on the date or called me to run with her if she wasn’t a little bit). We talked about things and basically we don’t want to hurt her ex but we want to see where this will lead, as “friends first”. She doesn’t want to be “that girl” and I don’t blame her because people talk. The thing is my city isn’t big and when you can find someone who has no kids and a good job, plus good looking, you have to jump on it. I need advice guys.” (notice the comment about the city not being that big, which is true of Erie)

“They’ve been broken up about two months. He hasn’t even told me they broke up yet. The problem is he’s a closet alcoholic (a bottle of Captain every day and a half) and I think that’s why we don’t hang out much anymore and a big part of why they broke up. I’m reluctant to talk to him because right now there really isn’t anything going on. We’re just hanging out as friends. A Secret That Has Been Getting Out: Many men (including high schoolers) in the Erie area have been propositioned by Bob Merski to join his penis enlargement group. What’s more, the founder of the MattersOfSize.com web forum has been ill due to self-admitted meth-related issues, and Bob’s accounts in both the Facebook group (under his real name) and in the online forum (as higherone) has been posting to provide updates on his wellbeing. Bob has served as an administrator for the site for years.

Sick Fascination: In every forum, the user associated with Bob Merski asks consistently and fervently in 2003, 2006, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2021 about “helping your male child” and penis enlargement, saying that 12 and 13 is not too young because it’s about “maturity” of the child.” In 2021, when Bob’s son was 6, Bob asked others for advice on how soon he could teach his son about penis enlargement.

So in short:
The usernames (“higherone,” “Gary,” and “Bob Merski”) posted details about his location, job, school, and family in connected online sites and forums that line up with the real-life biography of State Rep. Robert E. Merski (PA-2). Under these accounts, Bob Merski has spent decades posting disturbing comments about how he believes 12 and 13 year old boys should begin penis enlargement, as long ago as 2003 and as recently as 2022, though remaining active through 2025.

Bob did take a brief break from the Matters of Size Brotherhood Lounge Facebook Group in January, 2025, when law enforcement contacted him about his interactions with an underage boy he had just met locally.
